In-office visits take place in a private, spa-like setting with a calming atmosphere and head-to-toe massage chairs, so you can fully relax while you recover. We serve Goldsboro and the surrounding Wayne County area with both mobile visits (we come to you) and in-office appointments.

We offer a menu of hydration blends built around your goals — from a basic hydration bag with electrolytes to fully customized formulas incorporating B-complex, vitamin C, magnesium, glutathione, and other nutrients based on a nursing consult and (when relevant) your lab results. We work closely with our in-house Nurse Practitioner to build fully custom formulas tailored to what your body actually needs — not a one-size-fits-all bag.

Safety First

IV therapy is generally very safe when administered by a trained clinician. All of our staff are Registered Nurses — every IV at Revive Nursing Concierge is placed by an RN, who performs a health screening before your infusion to check for contraindications, monitors you throughout your visit, and is trained to recognize and manage any adverse reaction.
